Ranita founded the merlinvicki Team in 2005. She leads the Japanese Operations of merlinvicki. Her key objectives include achieving the highest level of Client expectations while maintaining a focus on our Clients success.

Viki Pandit, CEO

Viki is the co-founder and principal consultant at merlinvicki. He has worked in the field of usability and user-centered design for the past 5 years developing intuitive User Interface for web applications.

He started off as a Member of UI Team at Dimensions Infotech in Kolkata, where he led efforts to develop the user interface standards of one of the worlds first web based ERP systems(Edominer). As a consultant he has conducted usability testing and improved the overall customer experience for various Web-based applications and ecommerce Web sites.
